Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShaadiSeason (the “Service”). By creating a plan, an account, or contacting a vendor through the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What ShaadiSeason is in Phase 1

ShaadiSeason is a free wedding planning tool (budget, timeline, guest list, shagun ledger) paired with a directory of family-verified wedding vendors, and a way to send those vendors an enquiry over WhatsApp.

ShaadiSeason is a lead-generation tool, not a booking marketplace. We connect you to a vendor; we are not a party to any agreement, booking, or transaction you make with them. All quotes, dates, deliverables and terms are agreed directly between you and the vendor.

We do not handle payments in Phase 1. No money moves through ShaadiSeason. Any advance, deposit or payment you make is paid directly to the vendor, at your own risk and discretion — we recommend the same diligence you'd use booking any vendor directly (site visits, written quotes, receipts).

Vendor verification

A “Verified” badge means our team visited the vendor in person and confirmed the space, samples or portfolio shown. It is not a guarantee of the vendor's future conduct, pricing, or service quality, and it does not make us liable for any dispute between you and the vendor.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password (if used) confidential.
• Plan, guest and shagun data you enter is yours — see our Privacy Policy for how it's handled.
• You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to submit false vendor information, scrape or resell the directory, harass a vendor or another user, or attempt to bypass the enquiry flow to spam vendors. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.

Budget figures & price bands

City fair-price bands shown in the budget tool are indicative estimates based on market research, not quotes from any specific vendor. Actual prices vary by season, guest count and vendor — always confirm final pricing directly with the vendor before committing.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, free of charge, in Phase 1. We do our best to keep vendor information accurate and the planning tools reliable, but we don't guarantee vendor availability, pricing accuracy, or uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for losses arising from your dealings with a vendor found through ShaadiSeason.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves (for example, when Phase 2 features like vendor booking or payments launch). We'll update the date above when we do.
